Qualifications:
- At least five years’ relevant experience as described above.
- Strong working knowledge of trial balances and journal entries.
- Strong Excel and Quickbooks skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of UltraTax software a plus.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA a plus but not required.

- Provide administrative support to partners and staff – including, but not limited to preparing engagement letters, tax processing, e-filing returns, and sending returns to clients
- Handle confidential correspondence and new client set up
- Scan, archive, and maintain hard copy and electronic files
